Our priority areas

At the heart of the public health challenges of today and tomorrow

Health remains a major challenge for society, and medical research is having to face up to new challenges that are emerging all over the world: the increase in environmentally-related diseases, the ageing of the population, the issue of dependency, and so on.

In response to these new challenges, the Fondation pour la Recherche Médicale has decided to increase the impact of its support for research by identifying four priority areas of funding.
